Which job roles need to be assigned to create Purchase Requisitions?

Today I would like to share with you the job roles which needs to be assigned to Requisition Preparer in Oracle Cloud Fusion Application.
As you know Procure to Pay cycle starts with creating Requisitions. A requisition is a request for goods or services. If approved, a purchase order is created to fulfil the requisition.
In order for the user to be able to create a requisition, certain job roles need to be assigned by the Application Administrator. Let us start and go through each of them one by one.
Advanced Procurement Requester
A user with this role prepares requisitions on behalf of others and has access to advanced requisition creation permissions. This role must be directly assigned to a user.
Duty Roles associated with Advanced Procurement Requester job role:
Requisition Self-Service Use: Manages requisitions including creating, searching, and viewing requisitions, creating noncatalog requests, creating requisitions with one-time locations, and changing deliver-to locations on requisition lines.
Requisition Viewing: View requisition and associated documents.
Procurement Preparer
A user with this role prepares requisitions on behalf of others. This role must be directly assigned to a user.
Requisition Self-Service User: Manages requisitions including creating, searching, and viewing requisitions, creating noncatalog requests, creating requisitions with one-time locations, and changing deliver-to locations on requisition lines.
Requisition Viewing: Requisition Viewing
Procurement Requester
A user with this role is able to prepare requisitions for themselves. This role is inherited by users whose primary work assignment is Employee or Contingent Worker.
Requisition Self-Service User: Manages requisitions including creating, searching, and viewing requisitions, creating noncatalog requests, creating requisitions with one-time locations, and changing deliver-to locations on requisition lines.
Requisition Viewing: View requisition and associated documents.
Also, Contingent Worker and Employee roles have access to Self-Service requisition creation. Who is a contingent worker? Contingent workers offer their skills and services on a provisional basis. This workforce segment includes contractors, consultants, freelancers, and temporary workers who are typically under a contract to complete a project or fill a role for a defined amount of time.
